Sigru (Moringa oleifera) - the flavanoids present in Shigru is a strong anti-oxidant and helps reduce high blood pressure
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) - the cardio-protective activity of Arjuna prevents adverse effects to the heart caused by high blood pressure
Lasuna (Allium sativum) - the active compounds present in Garlic helps dilate the blood vessels and inturn helps lower high blood pressure.
Sarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentina) - the active constituent Reserpine in Sarpagandha helps lower increased blood pressure
Dosage of Kerala Ayurveda Normact Tablet
1 to 2 tablets twice daily or as directed by the physician.
