External:

Berberis aqui Q: A remedy for the skin, chronic catarrhal affections. Acne, Blotches and pimples. Clears the complexion. Pimply, dry, rough, scaly. Eruption on scalp extending to face and neck.
Cantharis Q: Erysipelas, vesicular type, with great restlessness, Vesicular eruptions, with burning and itching. Blisters
Thuja Occ Q: Freckles and blotches. Perspiration sweetish, and strong. Eruptions only on covered parts; worse after scratching. Very sensitive to touch. Coldness of one side.
Graphites 3x: It is used to treat a number of skin disorders, particularly weeping eczema, accompanied by a discharge, that generally occurs at the back of the ears and the knees, on the palms of the hand and even on the nipples.Pimples and acne, Eruptions, oozing out a sticky exudation.
Oral Drops:

Kali brom 3x: Moist eruptions with slightly elevated, smooth, red patches, like urticaria, but with hardened bases, like erythema nodosum, itching at night in bed and in a high temperature, appearing winter are well treated by kali bromatum. Works well in Acne simplex and induration, bluish red, pustular eruptions.
Sulph Iod 3x: Pustules on upper lip. Erythema on skin. Itching rash, like nettlerash on arms. Acne, Itching on ears, nose, and in urethra, Lichen planus, Papular eruption on face.
Hydrocotyle 3x: Dry eruptions, Intolerable itching, pustules on chest. Circular spots, with scaly edges.
Dosage
External: Apply few drops of cerate and massage gently on your face. Do not wash your face for atleast an hour.

Oral: 10-15 drops to be taken 3 time in a day in lukewarm water or as prescribed by the physician.
