Causes and symptoms for Willmar Schwabe Barium Sulphuratum
Desire for open air which ameliorates; the mental symptoms are better in the open air. There is a marked physical anxiety.
Constriction of many parts. Clonic spasms and epileptic convulsions
Formication and a sensation of fullness is an indication for Barium Sulphuratum.
Symptoms come on before and during menses
Electric shocks felt in the body. It is a one-sided remedy; mostly right-sided
Trembling in body and limbs, anxiety and palpitation which gets worse at night.
Twitching of facial muscles, with inflammed parotid glands.
Head and Mind
Moist eruptions on the scalp with scaly crusts and severe itching. Profuse sweating of the scalp and falling of hair.
Forgetful especially of words. Easily frightened. Always in a hurry and becomes hysterical after grief.
Perspiration on scalp, pulsation in temples, electric shocks in head.

Stomach and Abdomen
Eructations; after eating; bitter; empty; sour; watery.

Urging to urinate; constant; frequent; sudden, must hasten to urinate or lose it

Sweat on the scrotum with seminal emissions is an indication for Barium Sulphuratum.
Females
Menses scanty; frequent; protracted; suppressed. Burning of the vulva.
Absent desire of sex in females. Painful eruption on the extremities with itching.
Generalities
Difficulty in breathing from ascending the stairs and at night, heaviness and numbness over the limbs.
Pulsation in lumbar region, stiffness in the back; in cervical region is relieved with Barium Sulphuratum.
Side effects of Barium Sulphuratum
There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given.
It should not be taken on a continuous basis until and unless your physician prescribes it.
Dosage and rules while taking Barium Sulphuratum
Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
